Positive vibes and positive thinking is what inspires me.  I'm a Corepower Trained Yoga Instructor and Registered Nurse at the University of Minnesota Medical Center.  I love animals and am beyond thrilled to combine the healing benefits of nature, animal therapy, and yoga.

Inviting yoga in to my life has welcomed harmony, joy, strength, stability, and remedy for chronic pain.  I absolutely love being able to share yoga's many benefits with others!

Tracey Miller

After many years of finding ways to be physically fit Tracey discovered yoga in 1995. Soon she noticed the meditative and spiritual benefits, renounced her full-time sales position at a large corporation to begin her studies. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2007, her education includes over 1000 hours of teacher training and a variety of yoga styles.

Animal lover, and knowing the power this meditative practice has on dogs she began teaching yoga with your dog or Doga through a dog social organization call K-9 Connection. Tracey is very excited to experience Goat Yoga, “it will be quite different then Doga where you use the dog in your practice”.  Tracey currently teaches and manages a Life Power Yoga studio in Eden Prairie.
